The Lipstick Collection

The lipsticks arrived with 4 out of the 5 broken, it was not from damage during shipping it is due to old dry product. I tried the same lipstick in an Ipsy bag and it was smooth, creamy, and lasted for hours so I ordered a 5 pack of the same lipstick. Sadly, ALL 5 lipstick tubes I received were very dried out, not smooth when applying, feel even drier after an hour of wear, and are hard to apply since the lipsticks are broken away from the applicator. I never write negative reviews but I also rarely purchase full size products after sampling them from Ipsy so the was a loose loose for me.

Reached out to customer service because one of my fav lipsticks arrived broken. You can imagine my surprise when an entire NEW set arrived (& a lil eye shadow palette) Shades by Shan stood out with Integrity & EXCELLENCE customer service! I highly recommend them! (& their luxurious products)
