Must have gel liners

Love the Shades by Shan gel liners. I have the shades taro, black tea, and brown sugar. Creamy and long wearing formula. Also, SBS family has amazing customer service!

Great rectification

I never received my initial order however after reaching out to Shades by Shan and PayPal I received a prompt message that they were shipping out a replacement order. I also received a really nice pink canvas bag and a eye shadow palette. Thank you Shades by Shan for rectify the situation I love your gel eye liner and will continue to purchase from you in the future.

Update to review titled "Sad"

After not receiving what I ordered and reaching out to customer service and getting no response, I was upset and left a 1 star review. After this, someone by the name of "Juan Luna" reached out to me via email within the hour. They immediately re-sent my order and also added a cute tote bag and a pretty lip gloss. I was also assured that they were looking into why my initial communications to customer service were not received/acknowledged. As much as I hated leaving a negative review, I did really appreciate the prompt resolution. Thank you Juan and the SBS team. Your gel eyeliner is still my all time favorite!
