Poor customer service

I made an order in May 2024 and it's now end of June 2024 and I still have not received my order. I have also contacted customer service a couple times and have not received any response.

Great eyeliner

Stays on and easy to apply, I love the way it actually feels like a pen. I don't like how fast it dries out, this is the only reason I gave it 3 stars.

Did not notice until I actually opened one of the eyeliners to use it but I was given a sapphire instead of black. Love the eyeliner but frustrating to not get what you ordered especially when it’s online only.

Love the liquid pen!

The liquid pen glides on beautifully. The sapphire color is so lovely and feminine. I washed it off at night, but a little of it was still there in the morning. That's how well this eyeliner stays on! Also my order was delayed 3 weeks because of some glitch, and the company added a huge box of free goodies as a mea culpa. I'm so impressed!
