    I had ordered this at an earlier date, but unfortunately, due to the way some people handle our items during shipping, three of the collection, were broken. But, and I probably should have started with this part... I wasn't home due to family "things," so I could not send a pic of the damaged pieces. The c.s. 👼 sent me WITHOUT ANY HASSLE AT ALL, a new set, along with a pink S by S canvas bag and on top of that wonderful gift...sent along such kind words in regards to my situation...I have ALWAYS been happy with this company but to know the Care and Respect within the heart of Shades by Shan, the care of everyone in the company, the great products themselves...they have me as a forever client.

    Fabulous Customer Service!

    Reached out to customer service because one of my fav lipsticks arrived broken. You can imagine my surprise when an entire NEW set arrived (& a lil eye shadow palette) Shades by Shan stood out with Integrity & EXCELLENCE customer service! I highly recommend them! (& their luxurious products)
